Elisha Bullen was born in 1657. He was the son of Deacon Samuel Bullen and Mary Morse. On 3 May 1683 in Medfield, Norfolk County, Massachusetts, Elisha married Hannah Metcalfe, daughter of John Metcalfe and Mary Chickering.1 Elisha Bullen died in 1736 in Medfield, Norfolk County, Massachusetts, at age 79 years.
