Peter Rice served in 1711 as He was a captian of the training band and a member of the committee who designated the garrison houses in 1711.1,3 He left a will on 6 January 1746/47 in Marlborough, Middlesex County, Massachusetts.3 He died on Wednesday, 28 November 1753 in Marlborough, Middlesex County, Massachusetts, at age 95 years, 1 month and 4 days.1,3 Peter's will was proved on 7 January 1754 in Marlborough, Middlesex County, Massachusetts.3
