Roscilla was the daughter of Werner Seigneur de Loches, Villentrois, and de la Haye and Toscanda.1 Before 5 July 905 Roscilla married Fulk I "the Red" Viscount of Angers and Count of Anjou, son of Ingelgar Count of Anjou and Adele de Gâtinais.1
