     John Pschirer was born in 1861 in Petlarn, Austria.1,2 He was the son of John Pschirer.1,2 He carved The Way of the Cross for St. Anna's Church in Austria in 1878.1 John Pschirer emigrated with John Pschirer in 1881.1,2 John Pschirer was a sculpter, musician, farmer, grocer and hotel owner.1 In 1883 John married Anna Roeschenthaler.1,2 John carved the Wilkins Family monument in Pittsburgh's Allegheny Cemetery in 1887. This monument resembles a tree with branches for the family offspring.1 John Pschirer died in 1935 at age 74 years.3
